SHIPPING AND RETURNS
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
All sales, deliveries, returns and customer support via this Website are fulfilled by an authorised 3rd party service provider, UJB Distribution Inc. (UJBD).
Orders placed on www.justoverthetop.ca typically ship within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise specified. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment on the FedEx or Canada Post website. Billing and shipping addresses must be within Canada. We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
What will I be charged for shipping and handling?
Just Over The Top Canada is pleased to offer you free shipping on all footwear purchases. We ship only ship to locations in Canada.
Who will deliver my order?
Just Over The Top Canada typically uses FedEx and Canada Post, however some exceptions may apply.
When will my order leave the warehouse?
Our products typically leave our warehouse within 2 to 3 full business days. Please consider longer shipping delays during high peak sales periods.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our shipping suppliers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded if:
- We ship an incorrect product
- A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
- A product was damaged during shipping
How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If an account was created on our site, you will also be able to login to view tracking information as well as account information, address book, order history among other. You can use the shipment tracking number on shipping carriers’ website.
Undeliverable Packages - Re-Stocking Fee
$15 re-stocking fee / $15 re-shipping fee
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including any apartment, unit, or buzzer number. If the package is undeliverable due to incomplete shipping address, it is the responsibility of the party that entered the incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If the package is returned to us, we can re-send the package again if the responsible party agrees to pay $15.00 for the additional shipping costs. All unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be subject to a $15.00 re-stocking fee.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
- The Just Over The Top Canada website offers refunds rather than exchanges. That way you can re-order any style/color/size that you want, and at any time you want. We offer free shipping on replacement orders, please contact customer support for details.
- You have 30 days from the day your item is shipped to initiate a return.
- All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging..
Packages returned with shipping labels or tape attached directly to the box will be denied.
- We only accept returns on items purchased from the justoverthetop.ca website.
- A refund will be issued for the purchase price, plus the original shipping charge if applicable.
- Refund will only be applied to the original credit card account used for purchase.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without a refund.
- Most credits are applied within 5 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been refunded.
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY: DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
In order for a refund to be made, the products returned must be in unworn, perfect, re-sellable condition. Please make certain to send your return via prepaid courier and use a service that employs a tracking number system. Make sure to enclose a copy of your order number, full name and email.

- Item not as described or pictured
- Incorrect item received
- Order arrived late
- Item was damaged

Once we receive your return and the products have passed inspection, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
We do not offer exchanges. We have found that it is easier for both parties if a refund is made on the return, then the customer may make a new purchase for a replacement product.
